Music Contact International has joined forces with the Flight Sugar Travel Desk to provide you with a sweet air travel booking experience!

Booking Your Custom Flight through the Travel Desk:

Choose this option if:

You need a different schedule than the group flight (e.g., one-way travel, different dates, different cities, or upgrades),
AND
You prefer to arrange your flights through Music Contact International’s flight partner, Flight Sugar.

Steps to Book a Custom Flight:

Submit the Flight Sugar request form (see below).
Include traveler information for only those members of your party who will pay together on one credit card.
You may request upgrades, seat selections, and other preferences.
List your group or team name on the form.
Optionally request to be on the same outbound or return flight as the group. (Be sure to have the choir name and flight details handy—refer to the itinerary on your Traveler’s Resource Site).

After Submitting the Form:

Flight Sugar will send you a proposed itinerary within two (2) business days based on availability and your group’s flight preferences.
You must approve or request changes by 5 p.m. ET the same business day. If no response is received, the airline will automatically cancel the held space.
Changes requested after ticketing may result in airline penalties and/or a fare increase.
Once approved, Flight Sugar will ask you to call with your credit card information to complete payment. Payment terms may differ from those of Music Contact International.

Important Considerations:

All communication with Flight Sugar is via email (except for payment).
Please direct all non-flight related questions (itinerary details, payment for land package, etc.) to the Music Contact International Help Desk.
Ensure you have selected the Land-Only package in the Music Contact International Registration & Payment Portal (contact the Help Desk if you need to update your selection).
Payments made directly to Flight Sugar will not appear in your Music Contact International Registration & Payment Portal.
Travelers booking custom flights are responsible for any additional costs if group flights or schedules change. Examples include: ticket change fees, fare differences, alternate airport transportation, or hotel costs due to delays/cancellations.
Your group will have a tour manager and motor coach scheduled to meet the group flight on arrival and departure. The bus will not adjust departure times for custom flights.
If your flights do not align with the group’s transfer times, you must arrange and pay for your own airport transfers.
No refunds are provided for unused group transfers.
